I suspect it's happening only with one account because there is a message on
that server that Entourage is having trouble downloading. Try disabling the
Junk Mail Filter (Tools -> Junk Mail Filter). If that doesn't work, follow
the procedure on the Entourage Help Page to delete the problem message from
the most important e-mail account:
