I recently bought a new macbook and when I installed mac office entourage automatically retrieved all my emails that are tied to my rogers email account. I had to exchange my macbook for a new one and when I re installed using a new product key entourage didn't retrieve my old emails. How can i get those emails back?

Your POP mail is stored in your Microsoft User Data folder --> Identity. You
will need your Microsoft User Data folder from your old computer.

Only IMAP and Exchange mail is stored on the server. POP mail can be set to
stay on server. Entourage would need to see it as unread to download.

Move/Transfer from Another Computer
