Your description is not very clear - when you say you have '2 emails', I
presume you mean two accounts set up in one identity?
Then, 'when I am in the home email...' - do you have your home and work
account messages filtered to different folders? And, when you have one
particular folder selected you want to use the account that filters mail
into that folder?
If so, there is no direct way to do it, although something similar can be
done with a script and schedule.
Take a look at Paul Berkowitz's 'Other Account X' script, available from
