I simply want to delete all events prior to 2006.I thought this would be easy, but there are no query fields that match my desired/above-noted criteria in Calendar view after hitting Command+Option+F. When I select any form of "start date, end date, or completed date" instead of being able to simply enter a year, I get the options of "less than, greater than" but the denomination automatically becomes DAYS, not years.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide,
Randy

Great news...I think I figured out a solution! :-)
For the benefit of anyone else who needs to know:
The trick is to view your calendar with the sort criteria set to DATE instead of TITLE. In other words, when you go to calendar view and do a search (Command+Option+F) click on the DATE bar at the top until it turns blue. Then all your events will be listed by date, NOT name/title. Then simply click/shift click to highlight your desired date range, then hit delete.
The only annoying thing is you have to repeatedly click "No" to the message box about wanting to notify attendees that you are deleting a calendar event. If anyone knows how to bypass this message box, that would be a welcome addition to this solution.
Have a great day, everyone,
Randy

You can also create a custom view. Not sure if this gets the annoying
message or not.
