I am trying to export contacts from my address book to a folder on my desktop by dragging the group of contacts. The total number of contacts that I am trying to export is 380. I select all the contacts and then drag them to my folder on the desktop. When I open the folder on the desktop, there are only 314 contacts in the folder.

I located one of the contacts that didn't export and successfully exported it by dragging it to the desktop folder. I then opened the vcf card of a contact that exported in the group and a vcf card of the contact that I had to export individually. From what I could see from the "get info", there was no difference in the two cards.

Is there a good reason why this is happening?

Thank you

I think there is a limit to the number of contact, but I can't remember
what it exactly is. You'd be better of selecting, let's say... 200
contacts at the time and dragging them to the Finder.
