complex html and attachement preview

When I select to show complex html email in preferences about half of
the emails I receive with attachments do not preview the attachment in
the preview window.

When I turn the show complex html off then all attachments show in the
preview window but now my html emails do not show properly.

Is there a way to get both features working at the same time. The
ability to view complex html as well as to see all attachments in
preview without having to open each attachment?

Other email programs like Thunderbird offers this feature but I can't
stand using Thunderbird..to many issues.

I'm finding that e-mails with embedded attachments don't display i the
preview window and don't print in color. I'm using Entourage 2004 and OS X
10.3.8. Does anyone have a workaround for this problem?
