You can use Export under File to create a tab-delimited file.

No, that only exports contacts (I'm sure Diane knows that!).

My shareware scripts, Export-Import Entourage X at

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

will export everything else (and I mean everything) as tab-delimited text.
They can also import the back again, or into another identity. if you ever
need to. You can also open these files in Excel, which makes them easier to
"read", and there are some Excel scripts in there too which can help
manipulate them for various purposes.
