In a way it does. If you have the message open, when you select to create a
new Mailing List Manager rule or a custom rule Entourage will automatically
fill in the correct info from that message. Not as simple as Thunderbird,
but better than having to type it out or paste.
I also suggest using categories instead of actual email addresses whenever
possible. For example, if your friend Bob had one address but then sent you
a new additional address if you had used a rule with his email address you
would have had to open the address and add his new one. But if you had
assigned a category to Bob as Friends, created a rule for friends category
then all you would have to do is use the shortcut "Add to Address Book".
