Yes, you can. Set up two new rules under the "Outgoing" tab, like these:
* Execute actions if any criteria are met
IF Account is <Account 1>
THEN Move Message <whatever folder you want>
* Execute actions if any criteria are met
IF Account is <Account 2>
THEN Move Message <whatever folder you want>
