Normally, you just copy over the Identity folder to your new computer. Place
this in your Microsoft User Data folder.
If you don't have much entered in a new Identity, I would just bring over
the original identity and merge the two. You do this by dragging messages by
folder to the desktop. Switch Identity. Drag MBOX files from desktop to the
folder window.
There is also an import/export feature for Addresses under File.
