Dear All,

I am new to Entourage.

I work in a marketing company and therefore will have opportunities in
receiving emails with tons of emails address on one email (ie, list of
names on "to, cc, bcc")

Is there a way that I can add them all into the address book instead of
typing in one by one?

Many many thanks.

Yes, on the received message click on the first name then shift-click the
last - this will highlight all of them. Choose Copy from the Edit menu.

You will need to paste the list into an intermediate location - Apple's
TextEdit application, any word processor, or even the message body of a
draft email will work.

You should now have a list that looks like:

Person One <address>, Person Two <address>, Person Three <address>

Open your Address Book (click the icon in the upper-left-corner of your
Entourage main window). Th list of names and addresses can then now be
re-highlighted and dragged into your address book.
