Hi again you wonderful VP's!

Now that I have archived my mail, how can I go back and pick up a few
emails that I need to see again? Is that possible without importing
the entire 2.7G back onto my computer? Please say yes!

Thanks so much for all your help for this wonderful program!

kind regards,

Kit

It depends on how you archived. If you need to search your archived data, I
suggest creating an Identity and name it archive. Import your archived data.
Now when you need to search for an old email, just switch Identities to
search.

It's possible to set up a Smart Folder in the Finder and have it search the
archive. I'm ashamed to say I just haven't gotten into Smart Folders to say
with authority that this will work.
