I receive a weekly email message that always crashes Entourage. Either
selecting the message so that it attempts to load into the preview pane
or double-clicking it to open it in a new window results in a spinning
beachball that doesn't recover (have to force-quit Entourage).
(I get the message forwarded to me as part of a work-related group
email list, so that's why I continue to receive it each week despite
the problems. I turn off the preview pane and delete the message
without loading it as a work-around.)
Is there any Microsoft email address to use to submit this message to
them? Would they be interested in looking at it to see why it causes
Entourage to crash?
