First, go to File > New > Mail Message. Then, select the message you
received from your friend, go to View > Source, and locate the "From"
header. Then, select all of the addresses, and drag them to the address box
on the new mail message you opened earlier.
I think that this limitation is quite annoying. Be sure to request that
this be fixed here, so that Microsoft takes note. Alternatively, you can
send the feedback via the Microsoft web site. In Entourage X or 2004, go to
Help -> Send Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to
