Does anyone know how to connect to the Exchange global
address book from Entourage. I have filled in the LDAP
files in the Directory settings, but when you check a
name, Entourage hangs.

LDAP is a real pain on most networks. The problem is that I haven't yet
seen a network that used the same options as the next one.

Most of the time, everything goes fine if you enter all the proper
parameters, especially, the port, the fact that it requires
authentication and the default search base. Sometimes, you actually need
to play with the Directory Access application in your system and I fear
that for this one you'll need the help of your network administrator
(when they cooperate :-( ).
