The reason is stated clearly in the warning dialog - your message contains
at least one character outside of the ASCII character set - maybe an
accented character, of small graphic character?
In order to ensure this character renders across all character sets likely
to be met at the recipient's end, Entourage wants to send it in Unicode,
which has a much wider character set than ASCII.
