Hi, I am new to this software and not able to really work out to make it all happen by myself. Does it come with any in depth simple tutorial (cannot find if it does) or do I have to buy it online from someone?

If i do have to, which is the simplest one?

and another thing...

as part of what I do I keep a diary of all daily activities as they occur. Is there a place in entourage that this can be done and then viewed under a date without cluttering the face of my calendar?

Notes has the ability to add the current date:

When you open notes in Entourage at the right end of the toolbar that offers
font selection etc, there is an icon that represents the date and time,
click that and you have an instant date and time stamp at the top of your
notes.

You can also keep notes daily then sort by the Date Column.
