If you have any info on how I can accomplish transport
logging via tcpflow, I would appreciate it.

But there are ways of doing those things with the Mac OS
and Unix tools such
as tcpflow. You get a lot more than just Entourage, of
course.

TCPFlow is a real vast topic and you have to really work on it to figure out
the logs generated by it
