Transfer MS Outlook AND Outlook Express to Entourage 2004

My Dell laptop has crashed - prior to the crash I moved files from the
pc to an external drive. The laptop is toast. How do I move the
Outlook and Outlook Express files (specifically the emails intact &
contact information) to my MacBook?
I am clueless. Please help. Thanks. Michael

If you can use someones computer to load your Outlook PST file into a new
profile, try O2M by Little Machines. It will export your email, contacts
and calendar to a format that the Mac understands.

i have the same problem when I migrated from Outlook 2007 to
Entourage. O2M is $10 software. what I did is I stared fresh on my
entourage. it is harder but a clean start.
