How can I sync both the work and home addresses into my palm. On both
my palm treo 680 and my mac with entourage there is a field for both
work and home. Why must we choose to syn only one? How have others
gotten around this? Please give me your bright ideas. Thank you

The Palm Conduit was written for an earlier version of the Palm OS &
applications in which multiple addresses were not supported.

Maybe if you enable Spotlight synchronization in Entourage preferences and
then synchronize iCal & Apple Address Book with the Palm, then it will work.
I haven't tried it though.

Using sync services would work. On the Palm though I find sync
services flaky and use the Microsoft conduit.
