I am just starting to use Entourage. The most critical part is
synchronizing with my palm device. Without it Entourage is useless. I
discovered that Microsoft had a Palm Sync Installer which I attempted to
install. I get an error message stating that it can¹t find the Microsoft
Component Plugin. That plugin is in the Office folder . Why won¹t the
installer program recognize the plugin? I have OSX and Office X for Mac.
