How do you sort contacts in Entourage 2004 (operating system is OS X)
by category then by name? When I click / sort on the name column it
sorts fine alphabetically but when I click / sort on category column
the name column no longer sorts alphabetically and the names are now
listed randomly.
I am not to particular if the name column sorts first name, last name
or last name, first name but would like the name column to sort
alphabetically after the category column has been clicked / sorted -
similar to the way Microsoft Outlook sorts (sort by category, then by
name, then by company and so on).
On a side note the the contacts I have entered in the company field do
not sort alphabetically either. I do not have any information entered
in the name fields just in the company field and for some reason these
"company" contacts do not sort alphabetically either.
