Setting email account based on addressee

Is it possible to automatically set the account used to send a
particular email based on the addressee? That is, switch it from the
default account to a different one based on the To: field?

Not as a feature in Entourage. You could probably script it or use a custom
header.

This feature is not built into Entourage. Check out Paul Berkowitz's free
"Other Account" script:
