Is there a way in Entourage 2004 to create a message and have it
automatically sent later at a specified date and/or time? (I know you can
set it to Send Later, but that option sends it the next time you run
Send/Receive and I want to be able to specify a later date/time.) Thanks!

There is no built-in feature that does that, but you could give Paul
Berkowitz' free AppleScript "Delayed Send X" a try. Here's the link, and
the readme file should give you all the instructions:
