While you are at home on the Time Warner network you are allowed to send
through the SMTP server (outgoing mail server) specified in your account
settings. However, while you're at the hotel, you're no longer on the
Time Warner network and the SMTP server is rejecting your messages. This
is a common practice to prevent spammers from using an ISP's E-mail servers.
Contact your hotel's technical support and ask for the address of an
SMTP server that you can send through from the hotel. Plug that address
into your Time Warner account's SMTP server address field.
