I use Entourage (fully updated to version 11.3.3 and connect to an
Exchange Server. We also use a Blackberry Enterprise Server, and all
my email, contacts and calendar items are wirelessly synchronized to
the blackberry. I have tested the synchronization, and it happens
perfectly, both directions - meaning that if I create or delete a
calendar entry on the blackberry, then it synchronizes to Entourage;
likewise, if I create or delete a calendar entry in Entourage, then it
synchronizes to teh blackberry; the same is true with contacts. My
only issue is with Entourage Mail. Items sent on the blackberry sync
to the sent folder in Entourage, BUT items sent from Entourage DO NOT
sync to the blackberry. If I access my email through Outlook Web
Access and send an email, that DOES sync to the blackberry - meaning
that Entourage is the factor causing the failure to sync sent mail.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the exact same problem. We have found no resolution. It is
exactly as you describe.

I think that problem actually isn't causing this, since the failure to
sync is the oppsite direction.

Anyway, I found a "known issue" report on Blackberry's support website
that addresses this exact problem. I am having trouble pulling it up
right now - otherwise i would post a link, but I did save a copy of
the article. If you want it, you can let me know and I will email it
to you. Also, if you want to try to find it on Blackberry's site, or
if you want to discuss it with their tech support, it is Article
number KB-05382. I recommend calling tech support about it, because
the more people they hear from the better.

We inquired of their tech support on January 12th and they indicated
the following:

Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Technical Support. In regards to
your email, I have looked into this SDR and there is no current update
to provide on this issue. We are still investigating this issue and a
fix will be provided in a future service pack or hot fix.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact
us. Thank you again for contacting us Brian.

Sincerely,

Ronald
