Simple. When using the Data Merge Manager, when you get to the second step
"Data Source/Get Data", don't choose Office Address Book but rather "Open
Data Source" and choose your Excel file. Voilà!
(If you want to get your data from the Excel file into Entourage, if you're
not concerned with categories or separate lines in the Notes, you might find
it easiest just to export the Excel file as a Tab-Delimited Text File and
import that into Entourage using File/Import Contacts. If you are concerned
with categories and paragraphs in the Notes, then you could get my shareware
scripts Export-Import Entourage X from

Subject: Re: Sending 400 Personalised Emails with Entourage
Hi Paul,
Thanks very much, it¹s great to hear there¹s a way to do it. Currently I¹ve
got all the info (mailing list) in excel. Is it pretty simple to transfer to
word?
