Is it possible to change the default search criteria? It is
automatically set to name starts with, which in a large government
agency takes forever to find anyone. Unfortunately, I dont see an
option to change the criteria to last name or first name, the the
options like company, email address starts with, are not the best ways
to search in all instances. Any ideas?

This would be a good feature. Unfortunately searching by name is the
default. Be sure to use the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism found in
any Office application to tell Microsoft you want this.

Hope this helps! bill
