Schedule emails

I want to be able to schedule emails to be sent at a
specific time. in outlook I was able to do that by right
clicking on the email and setting message options(delivery
options). How can I do this in entourage? Thanks in
advance.

If you want to do it for specific messages, you can
download Paul Berkowitz's "Delayed Send" AppleScript:

If you want to do it on a regular basis, you can consider
building a "Schedule" (from the "Tools" Menu) for one of
your accounts. Every message sent from that account would
follow the schedule.
