Right, but it was 15 minutes *after* aRKay's response. ; ) Like I
said, once was enough.

Perhaps, yes.

Correct.

I, like you, would tend to give the benefit of the doubt, but there are
plenty of cases where it's obvious they didn't bother to search much at
all. How often have you answered the "Does Entourage do return
receipts?" question, for instance? The number of times people ask that
question alone here is staggering considering a simple search finds
numerous hits instantly:

On the other hand, I recognize that diplomacy is valued, so I am see
the benefit of trying not to be too upset when this happens.
Sometimes, though, I admit my frustration does get the better of me. :

Also, while I agree we are here primarily to help with *Entourage*
problems, I also feel some responsibility to help people learn proper
Usenet etiquette. This is, after all, Usenet. I think most folks would
agree it's proper etiquette to search before asking. I am sure you will
recognize the many reasons *why* it's proper etiquette, but I'll just
say one of the biggest reasons is the fewer individual threads there
are, the more chance there is that one can find and read all relevant
answers in one place rather than having to burrow through 50, 100, or
1000 individual threads on the topic. It's a good idea to promote good
etiquette.

Yeah - I'll try to keep that in mind. : )
