Is there anyway to find out if a sent email has been received and read by

Help!

From the Entourage Help page
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/return_receipt.html>:

Note that this setup will ask for a return receipt for every single email
sent from that account. If you only want to use that feature occasionally,
set up a new account, as described on the above website.
