I just deleted ALL of my inbox.

Don¹t ask how.

Isn¹t there a way to retrieve deleted emails using entourage. I remember
doing it in Outlook, but can¹t find any information.

Provided you didn't empty it, the messages you deleted should be in
your Deleted Items folder.
