Using entourage for mail, how do I set it so that my reply automatically
appears ABOVE the message I am replying to?

Go to Entourage > Mail and News Pref > Reply and Forward and click Place
insertion point before text.


What I would love to know how to do is also make it put 2 line breaks in as
well, because it does not start a new line for you automatically.
