In my win edition of Outlook there is an option to have a reply from a sent
email go to a different address than that which it was sent from. I can't
seem to find it in Entourage. Is it there somewhere?

You define the 'reply to' address as the 'email address' in the account
settings.

Or, to add the "Reply-To" header like Outlook does, go to Tools > Accounts,
open your account, and click the "Options" tab. Under "Additional Headers",
type in "Reply-To" under Header (without the quotes) and the desired
reply-to e-mail address under Value.
