I am a recent convert to Macs and must say I love them, but I have=20
noticed some diffencies within the Entourage application, specifically=20
with the ability to send read receipts, and received receipt I have =
looked=20
long and hard and can not find these basic facilities.=20

Finally I have also tried to copy an appointment within the calender and =

paste it elsewhere (I assumed this would be easy) but the copy and=20
paste functions are always greyed out (I have also tried the shortcuts=20
they also dont work.=20

I am running 10.1.4

Please see FAQ article #130 on The Entourage Help Page for details on how to
set up your account so that outgoing messages request a receipt from the
recipient.

That feature has not been built into Entourage. Paul Berkowitz has released
a free script that will perform this function. See FAQ article #134 on The
Entourage Help Page for details:

I would suggest you send this feature request directly to Microsoft, as the
ability to Option-drag events rather than using the script to duplicate them
would be terrific. In Entourage X, go to Help -> Send Feedback on
