Public Exchange

Hello

I am trying to connect Entourage to our hosted exchange server. IT
says connected but I can not get any folders to sync.

I have tested other exchange server accounts and they work 100%.

I have also logged in via webmail and this works.

Using exchange 2003 with Frontend/Backend

ISA 2004 as proxy

Use Entourage --> Switch Identity... to create a new identity and set up
your account again. Something may be wrong with your current identity.
You can also right-click or Control-click your account folder, select
Folder Properties and click the Empty button to empty the cache.

Hi Bill

we tried this and it made no difference, anything else. Do I need to
change anything on the server?

Not knowing how your server is configured I can only provide you with
the following information for how to configure Entourage. Since you say
you're using a hosted Exchange service (you're not on the same network
as your server) then start with the link below for connecting "from
Home". Then also have a look at the link for optimizing your connection.
