I hate it! Why won't it go away.

Yes it disappears when I press the close window icon but regularly
reappears. Is the behaviour different because I am on Exchange?
Happens on home imac and work PB.

Its annoying when it appears in presentations. Its not an option to
disconnect while doing presentations.

There's some trickiness involved with getting Entourage to remember which
windows you want open--for a week or so mine was launching with 5 windows,
despite the fact I manually closed them all every time before quitting. If
you keep closing it, maybe Entourage will eventually figure it out. Or
maybe someone here knows what the trick is.

You can set Entourage to Work Offline--presumably your presentations depend
on the internet but not email?
