Much though I should like to get into AppleScript I simply do not have time

Can I define key a combination to set the Priority and/or the Category of an
email?

It would be convenient if emails which have been dealt with could be marked
with one or other priority or a category so I knew I need not go back to the
email but I do not want to delete or file the email yet

Key combinations for Categories would be best I could name the categories
to suit needs and later gather together this or that category and delete or
file as required

Please show me how - thanks

PS
Or write an AppleScript for one and tell me

1 where to put it
2 how to use it
3 how to adapt it for a second category

That would be fantastic because would set me on the AppleScript road!

But that is a lot to ask

See this help article for instructions on how to create your own keyboard
shortcuts in OS X 10.3 or later.
<http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=152140>

You need to create shortcuts for "High", "Medium", "Low", "Family", "Work",
etc. that will work in Microsoft Entourage.
