1. No font management utilities being used
3. Using other fonts doesn't work
2. Creating a new identity seemed to fix the problem, however, I need to
import all of my messages, e-mail accounts (7!), folders and settings from
the old identity - can this be done and is it likely to also import the
printing problem as well?? Unfortunately, Entourage prompts to import from
Entourage 2001, Entourage X, but not Entourage 2004!!
No Epson printers being used - they are Brother, Ricoh & Apple Laserwriter
600.
