I haven't tried to get help this way before and am quite confused - hope
this reaches someone who can help me...
Problems with my Macintosh Microsoft Entourage, Service Release 1, v.
10.1.0:
This problem started suddenly about a month ago:
Upon opening Entourage, get following error msg:
³This action could not be completed. Mail Error.²
Symptoms:
Main problem is that all commands can only be performed through the top menu
bar. I can no longer start to type an email address in the To: box and have
it offer options (have to go physically to address book and scroll to
correct one and dbl click on it), when I single click on new emails, there
is no display in the window of the email. I have to dbl click on each email
individually and they remain bold unless I reply to that particular email, I
cannot move emails to folders by click/drag I must do it through top menu
bar, etc...
I do have a dial up ISP, in case that matters...
Any ideas? I¹m wondering if I inadvertently hit a function key and turned
something off or ?
Help would be much appreciated.
