Hi, is their any short cut keys to do a permanent delete of an email? Right now I have to first delete, and from the deleted file, delete again.<br>

Set a schedule in Tools --> Schedules... to empty your Deleted Items
folders at quit. Much easier than manually emptying the Deleted Items
folders.

Hope this helps!

Glad I could help. There are a few basics scripts that are useful for almost
all Entourage users:

Quit Microsoft Database daemon (same thing as quitting
Notifications/Reminders)

Toggle Work Offline

Find Office Version

Nuke Messages

Remove Duplicates
