Minimum true type fonts to keep for Entourage / Office on OS X

Hello,

I would like to delete most of the True Type fonts that have been installed
on my system, but I know that certain of these are absolutely required by
Entourage and Office. The font used in the floating email notifications
palette is one that comes to mind (but I don't know what it's called). Can
anyone give me a list of the fonts I should NOT delete?

Office needs the following fonts to work properly:

Arial
Batang
Gulim
Hiragino Kaku Gothic Pro W3
Lucida Grande
MS PMincho
MS Gothic
MS Mincho
MS Pgothic
MT Extra
PmingLiu
Simsun
Symbol
Times New Roman
Verdana
Wingding
