Mail Not Exiting the Send Box

Folks,
Of late I have been having some difficutly in sending e-mails or
calendar reminders. I have 5 of these sitting items in my Send box
that won't send. I tried opening each one in the Send folder and
sending them out again, but to no avail. Any suggestions as to how I
can these e-mails sent? This has not always been the case. Thanks in
advance for any suggestions,

I'm having the same problem today. Everything is sitting in my outbox.

Sometimes a message will sit in the Outbox because it's corrupt. Try
copy/paste the contents in a new message and delete the old one. Send with
the message open.

Thanks. Will give it a try. Just to clarify - what do you mean "Send
with the message open"?

When the message is open, click on the send icon in the message window
rather than clicking on send when there are messages waiting in the outbox
to send.

Sometimes just opening a message in the outbox and sending while open works
without having to create a new message.
