It's highly doubtful that Microsoft will ever support MAPI in Entourage.

I read an article somwhere that mentiones that MS was to abandon MAPI.
It might be why they decided not to implement the support for this
protocole in Entourage.

No. There are better protocols than MAPI. Not being a MAPI client does not
mean that MS can't make Entourage a much more complete Exchange client than
it is now. I think you can reasonably expect that they will want to improve
Exchange operability in a paid upgrade than they were able to introduce in a
free update rushed out for v10.1.4. Time will tell...
