Only if you can connect to it via LDAP, or if you can export your address
book as vCards.

If Lotus is one of those strange apps that exports the address book as an
LDIF file, you could import that into Apple's Address Book, then from there
use my Sync Entourage Address Book (free for once-off in Panther) to export
into Entourage. If it exports its address book as tab-delimited text or CSV
you may be able to import it via Entourage's File/Import/Contacts. If you
have problems, my Export-Import Entourage X scripts will be able to do it
using "Other" converters. Both scripts are available at
