I use Entourage 2004 for MAC, version 11.2.5. All the information in
my address book has disappeared. Any suggestions as how to retrieve
the data?

Is it just your Address Book? Are your emails still in place? Do you have
any options if you choose "Switch Identity" from the Entourage menu?
