Invisible Outbox Messages

4 messages that never left Entourage's Outbox are now invisible. A (4)
appears after Outbox in the folder list. But there is nothing visible in the
folder. Very odd. And every time I click the Send/Receive button, though my
new messages get pulled down as usual, an error message informs me that
these four invisible messages failed to send.

Hold down the option key while launching an choose to rebuild your database.
