There may be 2 reasons for this error:
1. corresponding user is exceeding his mailbox limits
2. The server while sending mails, writes into a log file, and that particular drive is running out of space
3. You are trying to send mail to many users at the same time.
Check your Mac drive also using Disk Utility, try verify and repair options.
Let's see if this resolves it.

We have some errors listed here:

The 5452 error mentions that the error is being passed on by your mail
server, because your mail provider has a limit to how many recipients you
can send to in one message.
I'm suspecting yours has multiple meanings. Check the email address the next
time (including the one you are using) this happens.
The insufficient disk space could be a temp thing. I would call them to find
out what your limits are.
