After 4 weeks of different 800 numbers, transferred then dropped calls, email
to/from India, I finally, FINALLY, got this part via this number, from a very
helpful guy called Sean -

everyday 8:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. Eastern Time. This team will be in a better
position to assist you.
All I needed was the license key info from SBS 2003 from the My
Computer|Properties page on the server. $5.25 shipping, 3-10 biz days.
