Inserting Signature as Default

I just began using Entourage and can't figure out how to set my
signature so it appears on all e-mails automatically. I found the
location to build the signature but can't find location to set the
default.

Also, how do you set Entourage so when you delete an e-mail the cursor
moves down to the previous e-mail rather than up to the next e-mail?

Hi Rob!

You can set which signature is your default by editing your Account
(Tools --> Accounts) and looking under Options.

As for which message is selected next, I don't think what you're asking
is possible (someone may need to correct me). If you'll open the message
rather than using the preview pane then you can set Entourage's
preferences "After deleting or filing an open message: Open the next
message".

Try these keyboard shortcuts:

Option + Command (Apple) + [ Delete the current message and display the
previous message.

Option + Command (Apple) + ] Delete the current message and display the
next message.
